AI TRANSPARENCY: Users will be clearly notified when interacting with an AI system. All AI-generated content (text, images, audio, video) is clearly labeled. Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any AI-generated content they submit to our platform.

LIABILITY AND DATA ACCESS: Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, subject to statutory liability. By September 12, 2026, users will have rights to access data generated by connected products in accordance with the Data Act.

WITHDRAWAL: Consumers have a right of withdrawal. We provide a prominent 'Withdrawal' button on our website for this purpose. The withdrawal process is strictly limited to the cancellation request, free from marketing distractions. Telephone support is provided at no additional cost beyond standard rates.

GOVERNING LAW: These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes are subject to the venue of the operator’s registered office.
