Scope: These terms govern the use of JumpStarterFinder. We aggregate directory listings from public sources. We provide no warranty regarding accuracy or completeness. We have no affiliation with or endorsement of listed businesses; trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Liability: We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health, or breach of essential contractual duties. No other liability is assumed.

Acceptable Use and AI: Users must use the platform lawfully. Content generated by AI is clearly labeled. You acknowledge that AI systems may be used for processing.

Listings: To request correction or removal of a listing, contact mail@press-sensation.de.

Data Act: Users have rights to access and port data generated by connected products according to the Data Act.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.

Cancellation: If a consumer contract is formed, you may exercise your right of withdrawal via our 'Vertrag widerrufen' button. Upon clicking, you must select 'Widerruf bestätigen'. We will provide immediate, durable confirmation of receipt.
