PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES: We process server logs for hosting via our EU provider based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Contact requests are processed to fulfill contracts or respond to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR). Analytics and non-essential cookies require your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

DIRECTORY DATA: We process business listing data, which may include personal data of sole traders or named contacts, based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to maintain a business directory. Data is sourced from publicly available business sources. You may object to this processing or request rectification/erasure via mail@press-sensation.de.

AI SYSTEMS: We utilize AI systems, such as recommendation engines. Interactions with AI-driven features or chatbots will be disclosed at the point of interaction. AI-generated content is clearly labeled as artificial. We do not use AI for emotion recognition or biometric categorization.

RETENTION AND RIGHTS: Data is stored only as long as necessary. You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) or withdraw consent. Complaints may be filed with a supervisory authority.
